基于资源依赖理论的高职教育校企合作研究

【摘要】：当前随着教育体制的不断改革,对于高职院校的教育工作逐渐引起社会公众的关注,高职教育校企合作也成为当前重要的发展目标,从资源依赖理论的角度来看,可以实现双方的互补。本文将从资源依赖的理论中进行分析,研究高职教育校企合作的重要性。
[Abstract]:With the continuous reform of the educational system, the educational work in higher vocational colleges has gradually aroused the public's concern, and the cooperation between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational education has become an important development goal at present. From the perspective of the theory of resource dependence, The two sides can complement each other. This paper will analyze the importance of the cooperation between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational education from the theory of resource dependence.
