HY集团企业文化建设问题研究

【摘要】:在当今企业迅速发展的时代,每个企业的科技化、高效化、集约化越来越明显,企业文化一直存在于企业不断发展的过程之中。优秀的企业文化可以作为企业运行管理中的一种润滑剂,有利于企业长期健康发展。但是随着企业规模不断扩大,组织结构人员构成也越来越复杂,企业内部管理往往就面临着一些突出问题,如何建设优秀的企业文化系统来提高企业的核心竞争力水平成为摆在每个企业面前的重要问题。本文主要是以HY集团企业文化为例,进行企业文化建设问题研究。研究的理论基础是将企业文化建设理论与人力资源管理的整体进行有机的结合,以HY集团企业文化现状为出发点,通过对在职员工进行企业文化调查分析,找出目前HY集团企业文化建设中存才的主要问题,分析问题产生的原因,对存在的主要问题进行针对性改进,进而系统性的建设HY集团优秀企业文化体系,促进HY集团在以后的企业竞争中可以持续发展。针对HY集团企业文化问题所提出的改进方案,对于其他企业进行企业文化建设也能起到一部分借鉴作用。本文共包含七部门内容,首先说明了整篇论文研究的背景,以及目的意义,接着介绍了研究思路以及使用的研究方法,然后进行了相关理论的厘清及理论基础知识介绍。通过对HY集团企业文化建设问题情况梳理,总结归纳出了企业文化系统化建设的具体流程方法。在对HY集团进行企业文化分析测量的过程中,采用数据问卷调查、丹尼斯数据模型分析等方法,把定性的问题采用定量的方法去解决,这样现状分析的过程才更趋于完整,问题分析结果更加科学。最后针对HY集团企业文化分析的结果,对集团的企业文化建设提出改进意见。
[Abstract]:In the era of rapid development of enterprises, each enterprise is becoming more and more scientific and technological, highly efficient and intensive. Enterprise culture has always existed in the process of continuous development of enterprises. Excellent corporate culture can be used as a lubricant in the operation and management of enterprises, which is conducive to the long-term and healthy development of enterprises. However, as the scale of the enterprise expands and the composition of the organizational structure becomes more and more complex, the internal management of the enterprise is often faced with some outstanding problems. How to build an excellent corporate culture system to improve the level of core competitiveness of enterprises has become an important issue in front of every enterprise. This article mainly takes HY group enterprise culture as an example, carries on the enterprise culture construction question research. The theoretical basis of the study is to combine the theory of corporate culture construction with the whole management of human resources organically, taking the present situation of enterprise culture of HY Group as the starting point, through the investigation and analysis of the corporate culture of the employees on the job. To find out the main problems existing in the enterprise culture construction of HY Group, to analyze the causes of the problems, to improve the main problems, and then to systematically construct the excellent enterprise culture system of HY Group. Promote HY Group in the future enterprise competition can be sustainable development. The improvement of HY group corporate culture can also be used as a reference for other enterprises to carry out corporate culture construction. This paper consists of seven parts. Firstly, it explains the background, purpose and significance of the whole paper, then introduces the research ideas and research methods used, then clarifies the relevant theories and introduces the basic knowledge of the theory. By combing the problems of enterprise culture construction in HY Group, this paper summarizes the concrete process methods of enterprise culture systematization construction. In the process of analyzing and measuring the corporate culture of HY Group, we use data questionnaire, Dennis data model analysis and other methods to solve the qualitative problems in a quantitative way, so that the process of current situation analysis tends to be more complete. The results of problem analysis are more scientific. Finally, according to the result of HY group's corporate culture analysis, the author puts forward some suggestions on the construction of HY group's corporate culture.
