现代有轨电车车辆基地“绿色”综合建筑设计的技术要点

【摘要】：以城市轨道交通现代有轨电车车辆基地建筑物为平台,建设车辆基地"绿色"综合建筑物智体化管理系统,兼备信息化应用系统、建筑设备管理系统、公共安全系统等。集系统、服务、管理优化组合成智能一体化的绿色管理系统,可大大减少人力资源的配备、减少城市严重污染源的问题,实现了绿色的节能及环保。并且,对车辆基地的工作人员提供了安全、高效、便捷、健康的环保工作环境。
[Abstract]:Based on the modern tram vehicle base building of urban rail transit, the "green" comprehensive building management system of the vehicle base is constructed, which includes information application system, construction equipment management system, public security system, etc. The combination of system, service and management optimization into an intelligent integrated green management system can greatly reduce the allocation of human resources, reduce the problem of serious pollution sources in cities, and realize green energy saving and environmental protection. In addition, it provides a safe, efficient, convenient and healthy working environment for the staff of the vehicle base.
