加快发展现代职业教育需要“四破”“四立”

【摘要】：改革的最大阻力是观念,必须破旧立新。我国职业教育长期固化在中等和专科两个层次,企业培训缺失、社会力量薄弱,由于路径依赖,加快发展现代职业教育必须破解职业教育就是培养技能性人才、办职业教育就是办职业学校、校企合作就是合作办学等"四大"陈旧观念;同时,按照现代职业教育的时代性和现实性,树立市场导向、企业主体、技术技能人才等"四大"新观念。
[Abstract]:The greatest resistance to reform is the idea that we must break the old and create new. Vocational education in our country has been solidified in the middle and specialized levels for a long time, the enterprise training is absent, the social strength is weak, because of the path dependence, to accelerate the development of the modern vocational education must crack the vocational education is to train the skilled talents. To run vocational education is to run vocational schools, and school-enterprise cooperation is to cooperate in running schools. At the same time, in accordance with the epoch and reality of modern vocational education, we should set up market orientation and the main body of enterprises. Four new ideas, such as technical and skilled personnel.
