对现代图书馆员需具备的专业基础能力的几点认识

【摘要】：文章在对近10年国内8所著名高校图书馆队伍中具有研究生学历的人数和比例进行调查的基础上,讨论了10年来各高校图书馆人力资源的变化趋势。同时为了帮助近年进入图书馆工作的高学历人员尽快成长为合格的现代图书馆员,对美国图书馆协会的丹佛决议进行了详尽地更符合中国实际的解读,并对这一决议加以推介。
[Abstract]:Based on the investigation of the number and proportion of graduate students in the ranks of 8 famous libraries in China in recent 10 years, this paper discusses the changing trend of human resources in each university library in the past 10 years. At the same time, in order to help the highly educated people who entered the library work in recent years to become qualified modern librarians as soon as possible, the Denver resolution of the American Library Association is interpreted in detail and more in line with the Chinese reality, and the resolution is recommended.
