基于任务驱动的“交流与合作”职业通用能力培养模式探析

【摘要】:职业通用能力的培养具有重要的现实意义,是世界职业教育和人力资源开发的发展趋势,是我国职业教育改革的必然。对高职生的职业能力结构及起主导性的能力目标进行分析,将"交流与合作"作为当前比较关键的高职学生亟待提高的能力,进行职业通用能力培养模式及相关课程设计的探索。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of general vocational ability is of great practical significance, is the development trend of the world vocational education and human resources development, and is the necessity of the vocational education reform in our country. Based on the analysis of vocational ability structure and leading ability goal of vocational college students, "communication and cooperation" is regarded as the key ability of vocational college students to be improved. To explore the general vocational ability training model and related curriculum design.
