【摘要】：当前,人力资源作为第一资源以成为国内外企业的共识,企业间的竞争越来越表现为企业人才的竞争。随着现代化企业的发展与煤炭行业应对供给侧改革形势需要,培养出一大批综合素质高、操作技能强、"多岗通用、一专多能"的全能型员工已成为企业生存发展的瓶颈选择。
[Abstract]:At present, as the first resource, human resources are the common understanding of enterprises both at home and abroad. The competition among enterprises is becoming more and more competitive. With the development of modern enterprises and the need for the coal industry to cope with the situation of supply side reform, a large number of comprehensive qualities, strong skills, "multi purpose general, one versatile" are developed. Employees have become the bottleneck of the enterprise's survival and development.
