企业技术创新视角下的互补知识整合机制研究

【摘要】：企业的技术创新过程是整合各部门互补知识的过程,互补知识的整合能力是企业技术创新能力的重要体现;隐性知识难以流动、科层组织结构和人力资源管理上的缺失,是现代企业技术创新中整合互补知识面临的三大障碍。为了有效地整合互补知识,促进企业的技术创新,应当在企业内构建互补知识的整合机制,包括基于标准成本的转移价格和多元化的知识交易机制、知识提供者的产权保障机制、共同知识与相互认同的机制、团队结构与共同治理机制、知识的有效分享与融合机制。
[Abstract]:The process of technological innovation of enterprises is the process of integrating the complementary knowledge of various departments . The integration ability of complementary knowledge is an important reflection of the innovation ability of enterprises . In order to integrate the complementary knowledge effectively and to promote the technological innovation of enterprises , the integration mechanism of complementary knowledge should be built in the enterprise . In order to effectively integrate the complementary knowledge and promote the technological innovation of enterprises , it is necessary to build the integration mechanism of complementary knowledge in the enterprise .
