PF银行台州分行理财经理培训研究

【摘要】:随着经济的飞速发展,商业银行等金融企业也获得了快速发展。人才是商业银行竞争的核心,理财经理的培训和管理则是商业银行获得优秀人才的根本性措施。我国目前商业银行理财经理的流动性较大,如何针对商业银行理财经理进行培训和管理是诸多商业银行面临的难点问题。本文以PF银行台州分行为案例,通过问卷调查和访谈的方式对影响PF银行台州分行理财经理培训的因素进行了分析和总结,详细分析了PF银行台州分行理财经理培训存在的问题,并相应地提出了理财经理培训体系改进的建议和优化策略。主要得出以下结论:(1)PF银行台州分行在理财经理培训中存在的问题主要表现以下几个方面:台州分行管理层对培训的认识不够、重视程度不够;理财经理的培训欠缺专业性;缺少规范的培训制度;培训的方式不科学;对培训的投入力度不够,理财经理的流动性较大等五个方面。(2)PF银行台州分行理财经理培训体系改进的建议和优化策略有以下五个方面:PF银行台州分行的管理者和理财经理都需提高对培训的认识,树立培训的新理念;将培训的周期性、培训的评估制度、考核机制等制度建立并落实;加强理财经理培训的需求分析;创新理财经理的培训方式;加大理财经理培训的投入力度。科学的培训和管理是商业银行获得优秀人力资源的途径,没有培训就没有理财业务服务质量的提高,有了优秀理财经理做后盾商业银行才能走向成功。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, commercial banks and other financial enterprises have also obtained rapid development. Talent is the core of the competition of commercial banks, and the training and management of financial managers is the fundamental measure for commercial banks to obtain excellent talents. At present, the liquidity of financial managers in commercial banks is relatively large. How to train and manage the managers of commercial banks is a difficult problem faced by many commercial banks. Taking Taizhou Branch of PF Bank as a case, this paper analyzes and summarizes the factors that affect the training of financial manager in Taizhou Branch of PF Bank through questionnaire survey and interview. This paper analyzes in detail the problems existing in the training of financial managers in Taizhou Branch of PF Bank, and puts forward corresponding suggestions and optimization strategies for improving the training system of financial managers. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the main problems in the training of financial managers in Taizhou Branch, Taizhou Branch, are as follows: (1) the management of Taizhou Branch does not know enough about the training, and the level of attention is not enough, the training of financial managers is not professional; Lack of standardized training system; unscientific training methods; insufficient investment in training, Suggestions and Optimization Strategies for improving the training system of Financial managers in Taizhou Branch of PF Bank. The following five aspects: managers and financial managers of Taizhou Branch of PF Bank need to improve their understanding of the training. Set up a new concept of training; establish and implement the training periodicity, training evaluation system, assessment mechanism, etc.; strengthen the needs analysis of financial management manager training; innovate the training method of financial management manager; Increase the investment of financial manager training. Scientific training and management is the way for commercial banks to obtain excellent human resources. Without training, there is no improvement in the service quality of financial services.
