数字化输液管理系统对护理人力资源的影响

【摘要】:目的:通过输液治疗管理系统与单体输注泵两种不同输液治疗管理模式在我院ICU的应用,探讨数字化输液治疗管理系统对护理人力资源管理的影响。方法:2013年3-12月,105例我院ICU前十位疾病种类患者随机单盲分组。观察组55例以贝朗输液治疗管理系统为静脉液体治疗管理方式;对照组50例以单体输注泵为静脉液体治疗管理方式。观察两组患者平均输液治疗时间、输液差错率及护理人员情绪疲惫感项目指标。结果:两组患者性别、年龄、APACHEⅡ评分、平均住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组与对照组患者平均输液治疗时间[(65.3±21.4)h vs.(99.4±27.8)h],输液差错率(7.28%vs.16.0%)护理人员情绪疲惫感(56.37%vs.92.0%比较,差异均有统计学意义(χ2/t值分别为2.63,7.25,8.62;P0.05)。结论 :在我院ICU的应用数字化输液治疗管理系统,能降低护理人员工作量及工作疲溃感,改善护理人力资源相对不足的矛盾。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the effect of digital infusion therapy management system on nursing human resource management through the application of two different infusion management modes in ICU. Methods: 105 patients with the top 10 diseases of ICU in our hospital from March to December 2013 were randomly divided into single blind group. In the observation group, 55 cases were treated with the administration system of Perrin infusion therapy, and 50 cases in the control group were treated with single infusion pump as the management mode of intravenous fluid therapy.
