上海恩艾仪器HR System的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着互联网技术在企业中的广泛应用,信息化建设对公司人力资源的管理发挥着越来越重要的作用。在上海恩艾仪器,原有的人事招聘、在职员工的信息维护以及离职都是人工完成。工作效率低下,人力资源成本大。因此,基于人力资源部门提出的需求,开发了基于B/S模式的人力资源管理系统,从而将大量的手工操作转为系统的简单功能操作。本文主要围绕上海恩艾仪器的HR System的设计与实现展开工作。首先介绍系统涉及到的技术和框架,包括ASP.NET MVC4框架、Entity Framework框架、SmtpClient、Web Services等先进的技术方法。然后对项目的需求,包括业务需求、功能需求和非功能需求进行了分析。概述了系统的总体设计和模块划分,其中包括系统的人才招聘流程和员工信息管理,这两个主要流程的设计。并进一步对系统的详细设计进行了阐述,包括架构设计、人才招聘模块的类图分析和系统数据库设计。最后,在详细设计的基础上,对系统各个模块具体的实现细节进行了描述,包括实现代码和实现截图。本文重点论述了上海恩艾仪器的HR System的人才招聘模块、人事信息管理模块、查询统计模块和系统管理模块的设计与实现。人才招聘模块,负责员工招聘至试用期的完整流程,流程中系统使用SmtpClient提供发送邮件的功能。人事信息管理模块负责在职员工信息的管理,以及离职。该流程使用Quartz.Net,实现定时处理离职员工的Domain。查询统计模块,除提供查询功能以外,还使用 highcharts组件,以图表形式直观显示统计结果。系统管理模块,则提供系统管理员对系统用户权限的管理功能。
[Abstract]:With the wide application of Internet technology in enterprises, information construction plays a more and more important role in the management of human resources. In Shanghai Enai instrument, the original personnel recruitment, on-the-job staff information maintenance and departure are all manual. Low efficiency and high cost of human resources. Therefore, a human resource management system based on B / S mode is developed based on the demand of human resources department, which turns a large number of manual operations into simple functional operations of the system. This paper focuses on the design and implementation of HR System of Shanghai Enai Instruments. This paper first introduces the technology and framework involved in the system, including ASP.NET MVC4 framework, entity Framework framework, SmtpClienti web Services and other advanced technical methods. Then the requirements of the project, including business requirements, functional requirements and non-functional requirements are analyzed. This paper summarizes the overall design and module division of the system, including the system recruitment process and employee information management, the design of these two main processes. Furthermore, the detailed design of the system is described, including the architecture design, the class diagram analysis of the talent recruitment module and the design of the system database. Finally, on the basis of the detailed design, the implementation details of each module of the system are described, including the implementation code and implementation screenshots. This paper focuses on the design and implementation of HR System recruitment module, personnel information management module, query statistics module and system management module of Shanghai Enai instrument. Talent recruitment module, responsible for staff recruitment to the probation period of the complete process, the system uses SmtpClient to provide the function of sending mail. The personnel information management module is responsible for the management of the information of the staff on the job, as well as the separation. This process uses Quartz.Net. to implement the timing processing of Domain. Query statistics module, in addition to provide query function, but also use highcharts components, in the form of a graphic visual display of statistical results. The system management module, provides the system administrator to the system user authority management function.
