[Abstract]:"inclusive growth", a new term that has been popular in recent years, was first proposed by the Asian Development Bank as an economic growth concept in 2007 and then used more frequently. The Hu Jintao made the point in its opening address to the Fifth APEC Ministerial meeting on Human Resources Development in 2010. According to its connotation, inclusive growth is "a growth mode of equal opportunity and achievement sharing", the core of which is coordinated development and common development. Since then, the word has gradually become a popular concern in the mass media, such as the Internet, television, newspapers and so on. The theoretical circle and academic circles have also begun to study this.
