新型农民人力资源能力:主体诉求结构及现实短板约束——基于人力资本理论双重能力框架的实证研究

【摘要】:基于山东省七地市530份农民个案数据,通过因子分析和有序logistic回归模型分析发现,当前农村人力资源能力建设主体诉求表现为由生产性能力、生活性能力及生产与生活互构性能力构成的三维结构,三个维度分别解释主体能力诉求总方差的33.153%、31.032%和16.656%;当前新型农民人力资源能力短板因素涵盖三个能力维度,分别表现为以收入水平、计划能力、接受新事物能力、实用技术及其获取能力等为基础性弱势因素,以健康与休闲能力、非生产性知识与兴趣发展能力、人际能力、信息与维权能力等为关键性弱势因素。当前农村人力资源能力建设应关注农民生产与生活的双重诉求,均衡提升其生产与生活能力。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of 530 peasant cases in seven cities of Shandong Province, through factor analysis and ordered logistic regression model analysis, it is found that the main demand of rural human resources capacity construction is expressed by productive capacity. The three-dimension structure of the ability of living and production and the ability of interaction between production and life explains the three dimensions of the total variance of the main body ability, 33.153% and 16.656%, respectively, and the three dimensions of competence are included in the new type of peasant's human resource ability. The basic weak factors are income level, planning ability, ability to accept new things, practical technology and their ability to acquire, health and leisure ability, development ability of unproductive knowledge and interest, interpersonal ability, etc. Information and rights-safeguarding ability are the key vulnerable factors. At present, the construction of rural human resources capacity should pay attention to the dual demands of farmers' production and life, and improve their production and living ability in a balanced way.
