基于国产PLC的光伏供电温室控制系统设计与实现

【摘要】:采用国内主流可编程控制技术和太阳能光伏发电技术,结合传感器技术和自动检测技术,分析影响温室作物生长的因素,并进行优化调节控制,降低人力资源成本,实现专业化、精准化的农业生产管理。分析温室控制系统组成、硬件设计、实时监控和供电问题,设计温室环境控制柜、光伏供电柜和触摸屏用户界面,完全实现国有化设计和自主知识产权。经实地测试,数据采集精准,系统运行稳定,环境调节有效,可以满足现代化温室智能管理,在技术提升方面具备较强的可塑性,对北方地区环境具有广泛适应性。
[Abstract]:The main domestic programmable control technology and solar photovoltaic power generation technology, combined with sensor technology and automatic detection technology, are adopted to analyze the factors affecting the growth of greenhouse crops, and to optimize the regulation and control to reduce the cost of human resources. To achieve specialization, precision management of agricultural production. The composition of greenhouse control system, hardware design, real-time monitoring and power supply are analyzed. The greenhouse environment control cabinet, photovoltaic power supply cabinet and touch screen user interface are designed to realize nationalization design and independent intellectual property completely. The field test shows that the data collection is accurate, the system is stable, the environment regulation is effective, it can meet the intelligent management of modern greenhouse, and it has strong plasticity in technology upgrading, and has extensive adaptability to the environment of the northern region.
