吴江打造公共职介新引擎

【摘要】:正随着近年来经济社会发展和就业环境变迁,劳动力市场供需结构发生深层次变革,一方面企业发展呼唤人才供应"扩量提质",另一方面求职者差异化需求日益明显,传统的公共职介服务模式已跟不上劳动力市场变革的脚步,凸显出相对的滞后性和局限性。为此,江苏省苏州市吴江区就业管理部门从借力市场化运作、深入信息化建设和探索多元化渠道三方面入手,积极推进公共职介服务由供给主导型向需求主导型转变,多维度提升工作效率和社会效益,长期发挥公共职介对于调节劳动力资源供需平衡、助推企业转型升级、维护经济社会和谐稳定的基础性作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic and social development and the change of employment environment in recent years , the supply and demand structure of the labor market has changed deeply . On the one hand , the enterprise ' s development calls for the supply of " expanding quantity and upgrading " . On the other hand , the employment management department of Suzhou City of Jiangsu Province starts from the three aspects of market - oriented operation , in - depth information construction and exploration of diversified channels . Therefore , the employment management department of Suzhou City of Jiangsu Province actively promotes the transformation of the supply - leading type to demand - oriented transformation , multi - dimension promotes the work efficiency and social benefit , and plays a long - term role in regulating the supply and demand balance of the labor resources , promoting the transformation and upgrading of enterprises , and maintaining the harmonious and stable economic and social harmony .
