员工薪酬激励制度在我国报业管理中的运用

【摘要】:正报业管理中应用员工激励制度的现状薪酬结构缺乏合理性。在员工薪酬激励制度建设中,一项重点就是确定企业的薪酬结构。薪酬结构是一个企业中各种职位所具有的相对价值同他们得到的实际薪酬之间的比例关系。有些报业公司为了避免薪酬标准制度会出现矛盾和分歧,采用根据岗位不同采取均匀分配,这种分配方式缺乏差异化,不利于调动员工的工作积极性;而有些报业公司则采用的是差额薪酬机制,造成不同部门、不同岗位之间的薪酬差额过大,这无疑
[Abstract]:The present situation of applying employee incentive system in the management of positive newspaper industry is lack of rationality. In the construction of employee compensation incentive system, a key point is to determine the salary structure of the enterprise. Salary structure is the proportional relationship between the relative value of various positions in an enterprise and the actual salary they receive. In order to avoid contradictions and differences in salary standard system, some newspaper companies adopt uniform distribution according to different posts, which is lack of differentiation, which is not conducive to mobilizing the enthusiasm of employees. However, some newspaper companies use the differential compensation mechanism, which results in excessive pay gap between different departments and different positions. This is undoubtedly the case.
