【摘要】：随着我国加入世贸组织,国际经济一体化趋势日益加强,培养具有全球化意识、能适应未来国际化环境的创新型人才成了教育新兴并逐渐流行的课题。作为培养人才的基础环节——儿童教育肩负不可推卸的使命和责任。HFD学校作为一个拥有独特教育理念的儿童教育机构,为我国儿童教育行业注入新鲜血液。目前我国的儿童教育行业正处在历史最大的变革时期,无论公办还是民办儿童教育机构都面临着自身深刻的变革,机遇和桃战并存。本文以HFD学校为研究对象,首先运用PEST分析法、波特五力分析法对中国儿童教育市场的宏观环境、竞争环境进行研究;其次,从组织机构、人力资源、核心教育理念三个方面分析了并HFD学校内部发展状况;第三,接着通过SWOT分析法对HFD学校中国市场优势、劣势、机遇和威胁展开分析,并明确了以SO增长性战略作为HFD学校中国市场发展战略选择;第四,根据分析结果制定HFD学校中国市场发展的战略目标,并从人力资源、服务经营、市场营销三方面对发展战略进行了规划;第五,为保障HFD学校中国市场发展战略的顺利实施,本文提出了相应的五大保障措施。
[Abstract]:With China's entry into WTO, the trend of international economic integration has been strengthened day by day. It has become a new and gradually popular topic for education to cultivate innovative talents with the sense of globalization and to adapt to the future international environment. As the basic link of training talents, children's education shoulders the unshirkable mission and responsibility. As a child education institution with unique educational concept, HFD school infuses fresh blood into our children's education industry. At present, the education industry of children in our country is in the biggest period of change in history, both public and private education institutions are facing their own profound changes, opportunities and peach war coexist. This article takes HFD school as the research object, first uses the pest analysis method, the Porter five strength analysis method to carry on the research to the Chinese children education market macroscopic environment, the competition environment; secondly, from the organization, the human resources, The core education concept analyzes the internal development of HFD schools in three aspects. Thirdly, through SWOT analysis, it analyzes the market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of HFD schools in China. It is clear that so growth strategy is the strategic choice of HFD school market development in China. Fourthly, according to the analysis results, the strategic target of HFD school Chinese market development is formulated, and the human resources, service management, In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the development strategy of HFD schools in China, this paper puts forward five corresponding safeguards.
