论中国高校发展战略与人力资源管理模式构建

【摘要】:随着经济的飞速发展,中国的国际地位不断提升,然而中国高校的国际地位却处于相对落后的位置,制定正确的高校发展战略对提升中国高校的水平和地位具有重要的作用。中国高校的发展战略应该符合高校发展战略规划的逻辑和现代大学制度的精神内涵,并且摆脱滞后的人力资源管理制度,将战略人力资源管理模式应用到高校人力资源管理当中,构建符合发展战略需要的人力资源管理制度,推动中国高校发展战略的执行,提升中国高校的整体水平和国际地位。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, China's international status has been continuously improved, but the international position of Chinese universities is relatively backward. It is very important to formulate the correct development strategy of colleges and universities in order to promote the level and status of Chinese colleges and universities. The development strategy of Chinese colleges and universities should accord with the logic of the development strategy planning of colleges and universities and the spiritual connotation of modern university system, and get rid of the lagging human resources management system. This paper applies the strategic human resource management mode to the human resource management of colleges and universities, constructs the human resources management system which meets the needs of the development strategy, promotes the implementation of the development strategy of Chinese universities, and promotes the overall level and international status of the Chinese universities and colleges.
