浅析考试管理对于社会人力资源开发的促进作用

【摘要】：考试是挖掘社会人才,丰富与拓展社会人力资源,促进人力资源合理优化配置的一种有效途径。随着社会主义市场经济的持续发展,考试在推动国家经济发展与社会进步方面的作用愈加明显。因此,只有注重考试,强化考试管理,才能更好地服务于社会人力资源开发,提高社会人力资源利用率。笔者探讨了考试管理对于社会人力资源开发的促进作用,以飨读者。
[Abstract]:Examination is an effective way to tap social talents, enrich and expand social human resources, and promote the rational allocation of human resources. With the sustainable development of socialist market economy, the function of examination in promoting national economic development and social progress becomes more and more obvious. Therefore, only by paying attention to examination and strengthening examination management, can we better serve the development of social human resources and improve the utilization rate of social human resources. The author probes into the role of examination management in promoting the development of social human resources.
