经济新常态下科技创新驱动与经济转型升级对策研究——以浙江省为例

【摘要】：以浙江省为例,介绍了实施创新驱动发展战略取得的成效,指出了面临的主要问题,并提出了加快创新基地建设,构建高端要素科技平台,要运用高技术改造提升传统产业,通过加大自主创新投入力度,营造良好的创新环境氛围。重点解决产业升级中的重大共性和关键技术难点,推动产业升级和产品更新换代,提高产业竞争力。
[Abstract]:Taking Zhejiang Province as an example, this paper introduces the effect of implementing the strategy of innovation-driven development, points out the main problems faced, and puts forward that speeding up the construction of innovation base, constructing the platform of science and technology of high-end elements, and using high technology to transform and promote traditional industries. By increasing independent innovation investment, create a good environment for innovation. Emphasis is placed on solving the major commonalities and key technical difficulties in industrial upgrading, promoting industrial upgrading and product upgrading, and improving industrial competitiveness.
