基于战略导向的ZF集团组织结构变革研究

【摘要】:2001年12月11日,我国正式成为世界贸易组织的一员,在加入世界贸易组织后,我国对金融市场、资本市场逐步放松管制,这进一步促进了我国资本市场的不断成熟、投资环境不断改善,兼并、重组成为企业规模不断扩大的重要推手,借此国内形成了一批优秀的多元化投资控股企业集团,如复星集团、万向集团。进入新世纪后,多元化企业集团经过近二十年的快速发展,已经在我国很多领域的发展中起到了十分关键的作用。但近年来我国经济进入新常态,经济结构转型压力巨大,国内多元化投资控股企业集团频频运作,利用自身强大的资金实力、投资决策能力、投资管理能力、资本运作能力,快速扩大企业资产规模、迅速进入新的行业领域、持续提高盈利能力。ZF集团是1997年成立的一家民营多元化投资控股企业集团。集团业务通过不断努力拓展,现在已经形成了"大金融、大健康、文化旅游"三大业务板块。"成为国际一流的投资控股性集团"作为ZF集团的企业愿景,可是在发展过程中并未抓住机会迅速成长。组织结构是组织运行的载体和支撑,组织结构应该是动态的,需要立足在战略目标的指导下进行不断创新。尤其是在企业面临的环境更加复杂,竞争更加激烈,针对自身情况,需要及时果断的作出变革与发展,组织变革与创新是不断发展的。本文对组织、组织结构、组织结构变革的相关理论文献进行梳理、归纳和整理,为后文研究做好铺垫。在考察了 ZF集团的发展历程和组织机构的设置,对ZF集团组织结构设计、管理、调整进行了深入的分析,总结ZF集团组织结构特点,并分析其组织结构设置和管理中存在的主要问题。针对ZF集团组织结构存在的主要问题,并结合其发展战略制定了 ZF集团组织结构变革方案,明确了组织变革的总体思路、理念、主要举措和相应的保障措施,使得ZF集团组织变革得以顺利实施。期望通过本文为我国多元化投资控股集团总部组织结构变革提供一点思路,为探索和不断研究企业集团组织结构变革积累经验。
[Abstract]:On December 11, 2001, China formally became a member of the World Trade Organization. After joining the World Trade Organization, China gradually deregulated the financial market and capital market, which further promoted the maturation of China's capital market. The investment environment has been improved, merger and reorganization has become an important driving force for the continuous expansion of enterprise scale, and a number of excellent diversified investment holding enterprise groups, such as Fosun Group and Wanxiang Group, have been formed in China. After entering the new century, after nearly two decades of rapid development, diversified enterprise groups have played a very important role in the development of many fields in China. However, in recent years, the economy of our country has entered into the new normal, the pressure of economic structure transformation is enormous, the domestic diversified investment holding enterprise groups frequently operate, using their own powerful capital strength, investment decision-making ability, investment management ability, capital operation ability. ZF Group is a private diversified investment holding enterprise group established in 1997. Group business through continuous efforts to expand, now has formed "big finance, big health, cultural tourism" three business sectors. To become an international first-class investment holding group "as ZF Group's corporate vision, but in the process of development did not seize the opportunity to grow rapidly." Organizational structure is the carrier and support of organizational operation, and organizational structure should be dynamic, and should be based on the guidance of strategic objectives to carry out continuous innovation. Especially in the environment that the enterprise faces is more complex, the competition is more intense, according to own situation, need to make the change and development in time and decisively, organizational change and innovation is developing continuously. This paper combs, sums up and arranges the relevant theoretical documents of the organization and organizational structure change, and paves the way for the later research. In this paper, the development course of ZF group and the setting of organization are investigated, and the design, management and adjustment of the organizational structure of ZF group are deeply analyzed, and the characteristics of the organizational structure of ZF group are summarized. The main problems in setting up and managing the organization structure are analyzed. Aiming at the main problems existing in the organizational structure of ZF Group, and combining with its development strategy, the paper formulates the plan of organizational structure change of ZF Group, and clarifies the general idea, main measures and corresponding safeguard measures of the organizational change of ZF Group. Make ZF group organization change to carry out smoothly. It is expected that this paper will provide some ideas for the reform of the organizational structure of the headquarters of the diversified investment holding group in China, and accumulate experience for exploring and studying the organizational structure change of the enterprise group.
