YT报社采编人员激励研究

【摘要】:当前,国企改革深入开展,市场经济对报业产生持续影响,企业报备受冲击,生存环境日益严峻。员工的活力是企业发展的动力,D油田战略调整、油价持续低迷,作为典型的企业报,YT报社面临严峻挑战,如何强化人力资源管理理念,有效激励采编人员,挖掘其潜力,成为YT报社需要考虑的关键问题。论文选择YT报社作为企业报样本,首先对选题背景加以介绍,从探讨激励概念入手,借鉴西方经典激励理论,深入分析国内当前媒体企业激励措施的研究现状,从而确定研究的切入点。在此理论基础上,从YT报社的现状出发,以工作本身的设定、薪酬考核的设定、精神奖励以及YT报社采编人员个人发展等方面为研究的主要内容,通过问卷调查等形式,经过一系列统计分析,充分了解YT报社采编人员的需求期望,系统剖析其现行激励措施存在的问题。针对问题产生的原因,结合当前的体制改革趋势和报社实际情况,从薪酬设定、业绩奖励、职业规划、人文关怀等方面入手,改进现行激励措施,为报社使用人才、培养人才、提升人才提供借鉴,进一步增强采编人员敬业度,提升其工作业绩,为报社主动适应新体制、新机制,增强凝聚力、竞争力,提供可靠保障。
[Abstract]:At present, the reform of state-owned enterprises has been carried out in depth, the market economy has had a lasting impact on the newspaper industry, the enterprise's reporting has been impacted, and the living environment has become increasingly severe. The vitality of employees is the driving force of the development of enterprises and the strategic adjustment of D oilfield. The oil price is continuously low. As a typical enterprise, YT newspaper is faced with severe challenges. How to strengthen the concept of human resources management, effectively motivate the editors and editors, and tap its potential, Become a key issue for YT newspaper to consider. The paper chooses YT newspaper as the sample of the enterprise newspaper, first introduces the background of the topic, starting with the concept of incentive, drawing lessons from the western classical incentive theory, deeply analyzes the current research situation of the incentive measures of the media enterprises in China. In order to determine the breakthrough point of research. On the basis of this theory, starting from the present situation of YT newspaper, the main contents of the study are the setting of work itself, the setting of salary assessment, the setting of spiritual reward and the personal development of the editors of YT newspaper, and the form of questionnaire investigation, etc. Through a series of statistical analysis, the author fully understands the demand expectation of the editors of YT newspaper, and systematically analyzes the problems existing in the current incentive measures. In view of the causes of the problems, combined with the current reform trend of the system and the actual situation of the newspaper, starting from the aspects of salary setting, performance reward, career planning, humanistic care, and so on, the current incentive measures are improved to use and train talents for the newspaper. To promote talent to provide reference, further enhance the engagement of editors, enhance their work performance, for the newspaper to adapt to the new system, new mechanisms, enhance cohesion, competitiveness, provide reliable guarantee.
