【摘要】：近些年来国内经济得到了迅速的发展,企业对人才的需求越来越大,人才的流动越来越频繁,人才中介机构服务内容越来越多,石家庄诺德人力资源有限公司就是从事人才派遣业务的人才服务公司。对该公司而言,现有的管理方式已经严重制约着公司的工作效率。为了对所掌握人才信息、派遣人员和服务企业进行信息化管理,适应时代对企业发展的新要求,石家庄诺德人力资源有限公司决定开发适用于本公司业务的综合业务管理系统。石家庄诺德人力资源有限公司综合业务管理系统采用B/S架构,代码编写采用JAVA语言,前端使用JSP搭建,基于Struts、Spring、Hibernate框架开发实现。系统数据存储在SQL SERVER 2014数据库内。系统可在IE浏览器、火狐浏览器和谷歌浏览器中运行。综合业务管理系统实现的功能有基础信息管理、人才管理、派遣管理、企业管理、系统管理。基础信息管理中有行业分类管理、客户类型管理、信息来源管理、用工形式管理、缴费方式管理、离职原因管理、宿舍管理、发票管理、发票用途管理、体检医院管理；人才管理功能中有人才登记、人才维护、岗位维护、推荐管理、面试管理、佣金计算、人才收费；派遣管理功能中有体检登记、体检管理、合同登记、合同信息管理、离职管理、住宿管理、派遣工收费；企业管理功能中有企业维护、岗位维护、人才推荐、企业收费；系统管理功能中有组织管理、菜单设置、职位管理、短信管理、日志查询。石家庄诺德人力资源有限公司综合业务管理系统可以对石家庄诺德人力资源有限公司大量的人才、企业、派遣等信息进行有效的整合,能够高效、快速的匹配人才信息和岗位信息,在最短的时间内为人才推荐岗位。系统投入使用后,缓解了石家庄诺德人力资源有限公司的工作压力,为人才提供了更为优质的服务。
