韩资企业人力资源本土化问题的实证研究——以江苏省韩资企业为例

【摘要】：中韩自建交以来,双边经贸和投资不断增长,江苏作为长三角最发达的经济强省,成为韩资企业投资的热土。本文以韩资企业投资中国为背景,以江苏省韩资企业人力资源本土化存在的问题原因为研究中心,通过实证的研究办法进行了深入地剖析。
[Abstract]:Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and South Korea, bilateral trade and investment have been growing continuously. Jiangsu, as the most developed province in the Yangtze River Delta, has become a hot land for Korean enterprises to invest. Based on the background of Korean enterprises' investment in China and the reasons for the localization of human resources of Korean enterprises in Jiangsu Province, this paper makes a thorough analysis through empirical research methods.
