企业人力资源配置存在的问题及管理对策

【摘要】:伴随着经济体制的不断深入,企业的人力资源管理成为关注重点,并取得显著性成效。但从我国企业人力资源配置情况上来看,普遍存在管理不合理、缺乏配套制度等问题,严重影响到人力资源管理功能的发挥。因此,需加大管理对策的探究力度,以在解决配置问题的同时,促进企业的持续发展。下面,本文从人力资源配置问题角度出发,总结管理对策。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of economic system, human resource management has become the focus of attention and achieved remarkable results. However, from the point of view of human resource allocation in Chinese enterprises, there are some problems such as unreasonable management and lack of supporting system, which seriously affect the function of human resource management. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the exploration of management countermeasures in order to solve the problem of allocation and promote the sustainable development of enterprises. Next, this article from the human resources allocation question angle, summarizes the management countermeasure.
