现代学徒制校企合作中的利益冲突与平衡机制构建

【摘要】:现代学徒制作为职业教育人才培养模式的重要探索,需要校企双方的深度合作。然而,学校和企业分属于不同性质的社会组织,在现代学徒制实施中具有不同的利益诉求,由此而产生一系列利益冲突和碰撞,主要表现在校企合作中双方的文化观念和价值目标相背离、经济回报不均衡、话语权不平衡以及企业的风险系数增加等方面。为了保障现代学徒制中的校企利益平衡,以调动企业的参与积极性,应强化利益平衡机制构建,具体包括文化对接机制、目标共享机制、政策补偿机制、沟通协调机制和权力疏导机制。
[Abstract]:The modern apprenticeship is an important exploration for the training mode of vocational education talents, which requires the deep cooperation between the two schools and enterprises. However, the schools and enterprises are divided into different social organizations and have different interest demands in the implementation of the modern apprenticeship system, resulting in a series of conflicts of interests and collisions, mainly in the two sides of the school enterprise cooperation. In order to guarantee the balance of the interests of the school and enterprise in the modern apprenticeship and mobilize the enthusiasm of the enterprises, we should strengthen the construction of the mechanism of the balance of interest, including the mechanism of cultural docking, the mechanism of target sharing, and the policy. Compensation mechanism, communication and coordination mechanism and power dredging mechanism.
