重庆市区县级结核病防治人力资源现况调查

【摘要】：目的分析重庆市各区县结防机构的现有专业技术人员资源的现况,为今后合理配置和利用人力资源、提升重庆市各区县结防工作能力提供依据。方法收集重庆市各区县结防机构有关报表中在职专业技术人员的基本资料,分析现有人力资源状况。结果重庆市各区县结防机构实际在岗专业技术人员共475人,以3050岁居多,学历以中专、大专为主,无执业医师证人员占36.0%;人均服务人口数7.0万人、人均服务面积173.5 km。渝东北片区人均服务人口与人均服务面积均高于其他片区。全市各区县人力资源满足率仅为72.3%,渝东北片区最低,仅为61.0%。结论各区县人力资源不足、结构失调、结防工作压力大。政府部门应合理配置人力资源,提高利用效率,提升各区县结防工作能力。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the current situation of the existing professional and technical personnel resources of the district and county defense agencies in Chongqing, and to provide the basis for the rational allocation and utilization of human resources in the future, and to provide the basis for the improvement of the defense work ability of each district and county in Chongqing. Methods the basic information of the technical personnel of the on-the-job specialized industry in the related reports of the district and county security organizations in Chongqing is collected, and the existing manpower is analyzed. Results there are 475 professional and technical personnel in Chongqing district and county security organizations, which are more than 3050 years old, education with secondary school, junior college, non licensed medical staff 36%, per capita service population 70 thousand, per capita service area 173.5 km. Northeast Chongqing area per capita service population and per capita service area are higher than those of other films. The satisfaction rate of human resources in all districts and counties in the whole city is only 72.3%, the northeast of Chongqing is the lowest. It is only 61.0%. conclusion that the manpower resources of each district and county are insufficient, the structure is disadjusted and the pressure of the prevention work is great. The government departments should rationally allocate human resources, improve the utilization efficiency and enhance the capacity of the district and county.
