2010—2014年衡阳市卫生资源配置公平性研究

【摘要】:目的:对衡阳市2010—2014年卫生资源配置的公平性进行分析,发现存在的问题,提出相应的政策建议。方法:以衡阳市2010—2014年《衡阳市统计年鉴》和《2014年中国卫生统计年鉴》为数据来源,利用泰尔指数分析衡阳市卫生资源配置的公平性,并计算所属各直辖区域及区域间的贡献率。结果:衡阳市各类卫生资源总体公平性较好,但区域间非公平性差异明显,成为影响衡阳市卫生资源配置公平性的主要因素。结论:应加大对经济欠发达区域的卫生投入,推动区域间卫生资源的纵向整合,建立区域间人力资源流动机制,以缩小区域间卫生资源配置非公平性差异。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the equity of health resources allocation in Hengyang City from 2010 to 2014, find out the problems and put forward some policy suggestions. Methods: Hengyang City Statistical Yearbook from 2010 to 2014 and China Health Statistics Yearbook 2014 were used as data sources to analyze the equity of health resources allocation in Hengyang City by using Taier Index. And calculate the contribution rate of each jurisdiction region and region. Results: the overall equity of all kinds of health resources in Hengyang City was good, but the difference of unfairness among regions was obvious, which became the main factor affecting the fairness of health resources allocation in Hengyang City. Conclusion: it is necessary to increase the health investment in the underdeveloped regions, promote the vertical integration of the health resources among the regions, and establish the mechanism of the human resources flow among the regions in order to reduce the unfairness difference of the allocation of the health resources among the regions.
