人力资本产权视野下高校教师流动机制构建策略研究

【摘要】：高校教师人才流动机制构建可有效缓解教师队伍的不稳定现状,是经济全球化背景下高等教育发展的内在要求。因此,通过审视高校人才流动机制现状,可有效反思高校管理体制弊端对教育发展及教育资源配置的影响。本文基于人力资本产权视角,探讨了高校教师流动机制的构建策略,以期对高校教师管理制度创新提供有益的借鉴。
[Abstract]:The construction of talent flow mechanism in colleges and universities can effectively alleviate the unstable situation of teachers, which is the inherent requirement of the development of higher education under the background of economic globalization. Therefore, by examining the current situation of talent flow mechanism in colleges and universities, we can effectively reflect on the influence of the malpractice of university management system on the development of education and the allocation of educational resources. Based on the perspective of human capital property right, this paper probes into the construction strategy of teacher mobility mechanism in colleges and universities, in order to provide useful reference for the innovation of university teachers' management system.
