校企结合的复合型成人学历教育人才培养模式研究

【摘要】：近年来我国成人职业高等教育的规模迅速扩大,为各行业输出了大批专业技术人才。但是,成人高等教育飞速发展的同时,办学过程中的弊端也逐渐引起了教育部门和社会各界的关注。成人高等教育肩负为企业一线培养专业对口人才的重任,是解决企业人力资源需求的重要途径,其办学水平及人力输出水准与企业招纳人才的质量息息相关。我们要在加快高等职业教育的改革进程中,全面提高成人教育水平,为科技兴国奠定人才基础。同时各级政府也要加大对成人教育的政策支持力度,推动学校与企业的深度沟通与合作。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the scale of adult vocational higher education in China has expanded rapidly, and a large number of professional and technical talents have been exported to various industries. However, with the rapid development of adult higher education, the malpractice in the process of running a school has gradually aroused the attention of educational departments and all walks of life. Adult higher education is an important way to meet the needs of enterprise human resources. The level of running a school and the level of manpower output are closely related to the quality of talent recruitment. In the course of speeding up the reform of higher vocational education, we should raise the level of adult education in an all-round way and lay a foundation for developing the country through science and technology. At the same time, governments at all levels should increase policy support for adult education and promote deep communication and cooperation between schools and enterprises.
