农村地区体育公共服务志愿性供给研究

【摘要】：运用田野调查等方法,研究农村体育公共服务中的志愿性供给现象,提出志愿性供给模式。主要结论:志愿性供给具有供给内容的生活化、供给过程的贴近性、供给方式的灵活性、供给投入的低廉性等优势;农村体育公共服务志愿性供给有助于推进农村体育公共服务供给的多元化,有助于提升农村体育公共服务供给的质量,有利于提高农村体育公共服务的公平正义。建议:构建政府、市场、志愿等多元主体"协同供给"的基本模式;农村体育公共服务志愿性供给的构建主要包含志愿供给的管理系统、人力资源系统、激励保障系统、融资监管系统。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the phenomenon of voluntary supply in rural sports public service by means of field investigation and puts forward the mode of voluntary supply. The main conclusions are as follows: voluntary supply has the advantages of the life of the supply content, the closeness of the supply process, the flexibility of the supply mode, the low cost of the supply input, and so on; The voluntary supply of rural sports public service is helpful to promote the diversification of rural sports public service supply, to promote the quality of rural sports public service supply, and to improve the fairness and justice of rural sports public service. Suggestions: to construct the basic mode of "cooperative supply" of government, market, voluntary and so on, the construction of voluntary supply of rural sports public service mainly includes the management system of voluntary supply, human resource system, incentive and security system. Financing supervision system.
