职教强国:面向“十三五”的现代职业教育的发展定位及内涵

【摘要】：面对新一轮技术革命以及世界范围内教育与培训改革的浪潮,国家出台了《国家教育事业发展"十三五"规划》,为未来五年我国教育事业的整体发展绘制了新的蓝图。在此背景下,面向"十三五"的我国现代职业教育急需立足自身现状,积极配合人力资源强国战略的推进步伐,以职教强国建设为发展定位,并通过强化自身服务能力、提升世界竞争力、凸显中国特色来使得职教强国的内涵在促进世界职业教育发展、有效支撑我国全面建成小康社会、助力个体自由幸福生活以及自身的可持续发展四个方面得以深化。
[Abstract]:In the face of a new round of technological revolution and the wave of education and training reform in the world, the state has issued the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for the Development of National Education, which has drawn up a new blueprint for the overall development of education in China in the next five years. Under this background, the modern vocational education facing the 13th Five-Year Plan in our country urgently needs to base itself on the present situation, actively cooperate with the promotion of the strategy of strengthening the country of human resources, take the construction of the powerful country of vocational education as the development orientation, and strengthen its own service ability. To promote the world competitiveness and highlight Chinese characteristics to make the connotation of vocational education powerful in promoting the development of vocational education in the world, effectively supporting our country to build a well-off society in an all-round way. Help individual free and happy life and their own sustainable development four aspects to deepen.
