基于J2EE技术架构的HRM系统设计与实现
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's market economy, human resources have grown rapidly to support enterprises and institutions. The human resources management work is becoming more and more complex, which is one of the key factors for the development of government units. The traditional manual management mode of personnel department in our country, the working process is complex, the work efficiency is extremely low, and it is easy to make irreparable mistakes, which can no longer meet the needs of the modern fast-paced market economy competition. With the rapid development of computer technology, network technology and database technology, office automation has been realized. In this paper, the background of HRM system research is analyzed in detail, the purpose and significance of system research are expounded, the current research situation at home and abroad is analyzed, and the main work of system research is summarized. Secondly, this paper introduces the development technology of the system, analyzes the advantages of J2EE technology and JavaBean technology and the characteristics of its application in distributed management system. The advantages and disadvantages of C / S architecture and B / S architecture are summarized. The Web services technology and database technology are analyzed, which lays a good foundation for system design and implementation. Then, this paper verifies the feasibility of system design and development from the aspects of economic feasibility, management feasibility, social feasibility and technical feasibility, which can improve the working quality and service level of mobile group business management. The logical business function of the system is derived by using structured process, which can cover the related requirements of enterprise human resource management. The performance requirements of the system are expounded from the aspects of data consistency, system reliability, response speed and so on. Then, this paper describes the design principle of the system, designs the topology architecture and the hardware and software deployment structure of the system, and describes the database access interface, and gives the database access factory module. The function of the system is modeled and analyzed by using structured flow chart technology. The function flow of each system is given, and an access efficiency is designed by using E-R diagram and relational table. Finally, this paper uses JSP technology to implement a distributed system with perfect function in Eclipse environment. The system running and testing results show that the system is easy to use and reliable. Improve the automation and information level of enterprise human resource management, improve the efficiency of enterprise human resource management.
