曹丕霸府外任职模式试析

【摘要】：曹丕在曹操霸府时期并没有在霸府内任职,而是出任汉朝的五官中郎将,并作为丞相的副手开府。其如此任职的目的在于标示其继承人身份,以丞相副手身份于霸府之外组成另一吸纳人才的机构。并通过任五官中郎将掌握作为官吏候补群体的郎官群体,培植自身势力,为未来的政治发展做好准备。这一模式实现了曹氏人力资源的最优分配,也使曹丕得到了政治锻炼,是应对新形势的新举措。在其之后的魏晋南北朝时期霸府多沿用这一模式。
[Abstract]:Cao Pi did not hold a post in the imperial palace during Cao Cao's reign, but served as the general of the five features of the Han Dynasty and opened the office as deputy of the prime minister. The purpose of his appointment is to mark his successor and to form another talent-absorbing institution outside the government as deputy prime minister. He will master the official group as the official alternate group, cultivate his own influence and prepare for the future political development. This model realizes the optimal allocation of Cao's human resources, and also makes Cao Pi get political exercise, which is a new measure to deal with the new situation. In the Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern dynasties after the period of more use of this model.
