浅析现代企业人力资源的柔性化管理

【摘要】：随着我国社会经济发展形势的变革,企业之间的竞争形势愈加剧烈,给企业运行带来了很大压力。企业管理者必须通过更新人力资源的管理方式,充分发挥员工在日常工作中的积极性和创造性,用同样的薪酬提升人力资源的经济效益,从而在当前的市场竞争环境中赢得优势,促进企业的持续稳定发展。分析柔性化管理的特点,根据工作实践总结出几条实用的管理措施,为后期的相关工作提供参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the change of our country's social and economic development situation, the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more intense, which brings great pressure to the operation of enterprises. Enterprise managers must update the management of human resources, give full play to the enthusiasm and creativity of employees in their daily work, and use the same salary to enhance the economic benefits of human resources. In order to win advantages in the current market competition environment, promote the sustainable and stable development of enterprises.
