京津冀职业教育合作:动因、模式与路径

【摘要】:职业教育与社会经济发展的关系密切,职业教育合作是实施京津冀协同发展战略的重要基础和应有之义。文章在阐释京津冀职业教育合作的主要内涵、核心特征及预期目标的基础上,分析了京津冀职业教育合作的内外动因,并基于国内外已有实践,提出了分段式合作、集团化合作、联盟式合作、园区式合作、多主体合作等实践模式,以及明确合作主体、完善合作制度、优化合作环境、强化合作动力、提升合作效率等具体路径。
[Abstract]:The relationship between vocational education and social and economic development is close. The cooperation of vocational education is the important foundation and meaning of implementing the strategy of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei coordinated development. On the basis of explaining the main connotation, core characteristics and expected goals of the cooperation in vocational education between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, this paper analyzes the internal and external causes of the cooperation, and puts forward the segmental cooperation based on the existing practice at home and abroad. Such practical modes as collectivization cooperation, alliance cooperation, park cooperation, multi-subject cooperation, etc., and the specific ways to clarify the cooperative subject, perfect the cooperative system, optimize the cooperative environment, strengthen the cooperative motive force, and enhance the cooperation efficiency.
