青岛市中心血站人力资源管理战略的实践与思考

【摘要】:通过对青岛市中心血站10年间(2002~2012年)人力资源管理的发展过程进行了总结,对青岛市中心血站卫生技术人员比例、工作人员学历、卫生专业人员专业结构、中层干部的学历年年龄等因素进行了系统的分析,并且总结了适合于本单位的有利于采供血工作的人力资源管理模式,并且付诸于实践,使本站10年来的人力资源管理取得了明显效果。
[Abstract]:This paper summarizes the development process of human resource management in Qingdao Downtown Blood Station during the past 10 years (2002 ~ 2012). The proportion of health technicians, the educational background of staff, and the professional structure of health professionals in Qingdao Downtown Blood Station are discussed. This paper makes a systematic analysis of the factors such as the age of the middle-level cadres in the past years, and summarizes the human resource management model suitable for the work of blood collection and supply, and puts it into practice. So that the human resources management in the past 10 years has achieved obvious results.
