虚拟员工人力资源管理的困境与策略

【摘要】：随着知识经济时代的到来,企业与员工之间的关系发生了变化,虚拟员工岗位以其低成本优势和灵活自由的特点受到企业与员工的青睐,这也给企业人力资源管理者带来了新的挑战。本文介绍了虚拟员工的特点及分布,梳理了企业与虚拟员工关系的四个阶段,包括关系建立前期、关系建立初期、关系互动期和关系结束期,并分析了企业虚拟员工人力资源管理在各个阶段面临的困境,最后提出相应的人力资源管理策略。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, the relationship between enterprises and employees has changed. Virtual employees are favored by enterprises and employees because of their advantages of low cost and flexibility and freedom. This also brings the new challenge to the enterprise human resource manager. This paper introduces the characteristics and distribution of virtual employees, combs the four stages of the relationship between the enterprise and the virtual employees, including the early stage of the establishment of the relationship, the initial stage of the establishment of the relationship, the period of interaction and the end of the relationship. Finally, the paper analyzes the difficulties of human resource management of virtual employees in various stages, and finally puts forward the corresponding strategies of human resource management.
