国内健康管理专业人才培养模式的创新探讨

【摘要】：为适应国内健康管理产业快速发展需求,目前国内多所院校逐步开展了健康管理专业人才培养。本论文对国内外健康管理人才培养发展现状进行分析,指出了目前建管专业人才培养的不足,并结合实践提出了在综合性大学建设健康管理学院创新架构新理念、推行健康管理专业课程实用型教育新理念以及开展健康管理专业多层次的专业和技能教育模式新理念。通过在综合性大学开展健康管理教育模式探索,一方面为我国健康管理学科与科技发展提供人力资源保障服务,同时也促进了我国健康管理教育培训体系的构建。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the needs of rapid development of domestic health management industry, many colleges and universities have gradually carried out the training of health management professionals. This paper analyzes the current situation of the development of health management talents at home and abroad, points out the shortcomings of the training of health management professionals at present, and puts forward a new idea of building a health management college in a comprehensive university based on the practice. To promote the new concept of practical education in the course of health management and the new concept of multi-level professional and skill education mode of health management. By exploring the mode of health management education in comprehensive universities, it provides human resources guarantee services for the development of health management discipline and science and technology in China, and also promotes the construction of health management education and training system in China.
