提升现代职业教育体系的终身化水平

【摘要】：《决定》再次重申了现代职业教育体系应"体现终身教育理念"的总要求,本文认为现代职业教育体系应体现代性与发展性、终身性与开放性、衔接性与融通性、公平性和公益性,再具体分析当下我国职业教育体系的非终身化特征及存在的问题,认为应该整合开放教育与职业教育资源,构建开放职业教育体系,整合社区与职业教育资源,构建社区性职业教育集团,整合线上与线下职业教育资源,构建数字化职业教育平台,以期构建具有时代特色的终身职业教育体系,为现代化建设提供强大的人力资源支撑。
[Abstract]:The decision reiterates the general requirement that the modern vocational education system should "embody the concept of lifelong education". This paper holds that the modern vocational education system should embody the characteristics of generation and development, lifelong and openness, cohesion and compatibility. After analyzing the non-life-long characteristics and existing problems of the vocational education system in China, the author thinks that the open education and vocational education resources should be integrated, and the open vocational education system should be constructed. Integrating community and vocational education resources, constructing community vocational education group, integrating online and offline vocational education resources, constructing digital vocational education platform, in order to construct life-long vocational education system with the characteristics of the times. To provide strong human resources support for modernization.
