新形势下高校人事档案管理问题与对策

【摘要】:在高校管理工作中,人事档案管理不容忽视,是推动高校建设与发展的基础性工作。妥善管理并且合理应用人事档案,可促进高校人力资源的开发与利用。由于现代社会的大发展和经济水平的快速提升,过去的高校人事档案管理方案已无法满足新时代下的需求,在实际工作中出现了许多新问题,构建新型人事档案管理模式,提升高校人事档案管理效率已迫在眉睫。文章首先简要分析了高校人事档案管理工作的必要性,然后深入探讨了高校人事档案管理工作中存在的新问题,并根据这些问题制定了相应的解决对策。
[Abstract]:In the management of colleges and universities, the management of personnel files can not be ignored and is the basic work to promote the construction and development of colleges and universities. Proper management and rational application of personnel files can promote the development and utilization of human resources in colleges and universities. Due to the great development of modern society and the rapid improvement of economic level, the past personnel archives management schemes in colleges and universities have been unable to meet the needs of the new era. Many new problems have appeared in the actual work, and a new type of personnel archives management mode has been constructed. It is urgent to improve the efficiency of personnel archives management in colleges and universities. This paper analyzes briefly the necessity of personnel archives management in colleges and universities, then probes into the new problems existing in the personnel archives management in colleges and universities, and formulates corresponding countermeasures according to these problems.
