青岛市旅行社业人力资源现状调研与专业发展研究

【摘要】:青岛市旅行社行业人力资源存在一些突出问题,包括人才数量不足、人才流失率高、人力资源结构不合理、高层次人才匮乏、人力资源管理工作不规范等。要解决这些问题,应该加强区域旅游人力资源战略规划,完善区域旅游人才宏观管理工作,完善旅行社人力资源管理体系,做好宣传引导,提高旅游从业人员的职业认同感和自豪感。同时,高校旅游管理专业人才培养应该做到目标精准定位,培养方法多样有效,重申职业生涯规划理念,以及重塑职业道德和职业精神。
[Abstract]:There are some outstanding problems in Qingdao travel agency industry, including the shortage of talents, the high wastage rate of talents, the unreasonable structure of human resources, the lack of high-level talents and the irregular management of human resources. To solve these problems, we should strengthen the strategic planning of regional tourism human resources, improve the macro management of regional tourism talents, perfect the human resources management system of travel agencies, and do a good job of propaganda and guidance. To enhance the professional identity and pride of tourism professionals. At the same time, college tourism management professionals should achieve a precise goal, training methods are effective, reaffirm the concept of career planning, as well as reshaping professional ethics and professional spirit.
