论总体性追求中的新社会组织合作机制

【摘要】：当前,社会组织在参与社会治理事务的过程中,服务领域不断深入,服务地域不断扩张,建立了社会服务行业,并形成行业价值链条,同时,它们仍需共同面对诸多结构性发展困境,这些现状在某种程度上表达了社会组织谋求合作的愿望。新社会组织发源于社会组织,在新的历史时期表现出整体性、灵活性以及模糊性等特征,这些特征表达了新社会组织在历史发展过程中的总体性追求。研究者需要对新社会组织未来的行动机制做出战略性的思考。组织是个体的组合方式,也是社会的表现形式,个人、组织和社会之间的复杂关系具有总体性。新社会组织的行动和结构是在人的总体性基础上进行设计的,组织中的人不是制度的人而是行动的人,而组织中的制度是基于人的制度。合作机制能够实现人的总体性、组织的总体性。
[Abstract]:At present, in the process of participating in the affairs of social governance, the social organizations continue to deepen the service field, expand the service region, establish the social service industry, and form the industry value chain, at the same time, They still have to face many structural development dilemmas, which to some extent express the desire of social organizations to cooperate. The new social organization originates from the social organization, and shows the characteristics of integrity, flexibility and fuzziness in the new historical period. These characteristics express the overall pursuit of the new social organization in the process of historical development. Researchers need to think strategically about the future action mechanism of the new social organization. Organization is not only the combination of individuals, but also the expression of society. The complex relationship among individuals, organizations and society has the totality. The action and structure of the new social organization is designed on the basis of the totality of the human being. The person in the organization is not the person of the institution but the person of the action, and the institution of the organization is based on the system of the person. The cooperative mechanism can realize the totality of human beings and the totality of organizations.
