甘肃省中医医技人员配置状况分析

【摘要】：目的了解甘肃省中医药人力资源状况,为中医医技人员合理配置提供参考。方法采用普查的方法,调查甘肃省所有配备了中医医技人员的医疗机构。运用洛伦兹曲线及基尼系数进行评价。结果甘肃省每千人口中医执业(助理)医师数为0.42。各市/州人均中医医师数量均处于较低水平;现有中医医技人员中26~45岁最多;总医技人员职称构成基本符合"金字塔"型;乡级及以下医疗机构中仍存在无学历人员,无技术职称者比较普遍。结论应进一步优化配置中医医技人员结构。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the situation of human resources of traditional Chinese medicine in Gansu Province, and to provide reference for rational allocation of technical personnel of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods the general survey method was used to investigate all medical institutions equipped with TCM technical personnel in Gansu province. Lorentz curve and Gini coefficient were used to evaluate. Results the number of TCM practitioners (assistant) doctors per 1000 population in Gansu Province was 0.42. The number of Chinese medicine doctors per capita in each city / state is in a relatively low level; 26 to 45 years old is the most among the existing medical technicians, and the professional titles of general medical technicians basically accord with the "pyramid" type; Township-level and below medical institutions still exist without academic qualifications, non-technical titles are more common. Conclusion the structure of TCM medical technicians should be further optimized.
