艺术设计实务与我国职业技能教育刍议

【摘要】：我国现代艺术设计职业化教育虽然发展迅速,但学科建设和教学质量等方面都出现了严重问题。当下,如何改良教学模式和内容,如何使学生的专业与综合能力对接社会需求,是设计人才培养的关键。用比较的方法,分析职场艺术设计实务与当前教育教学之间的现状和差异,从当前设计企业的人力资源、项目设计管理、创新思维等职场视角,明确人才需求规格和要求,明晰设计专业学生的综合素质养成和执业准备,进一步优化调整学校艺术设计职业教育目标,探寻我国设计教育改革路径和人才培养新方法。
[Abstract]:Although the professional education of modern art and design in China has developed rapidly, there are serious problems in subject construction and teaching quality. At present, how to improve the teaching mode and content, how to make the students' major and comprehensive ability meet the social needs, is the key to the training of design talents. With the method of comparison, this paper analyzes the present situation and differences between the practice of art design in the workplace and the current education and teaching, clarifies the specifications and requirements of talent demand, clarifies the comprehensive quality cultivation and practice preparation of the students majoring in design, and further optimizes and adjusts the objectives of vocational education of art design in schools from the perspectives of human resources, project design management and innovative thinking in the current design enterprises. To explore the path of design education reform and new methods of personnel training in China.
