转型期“代际不公”对大学生就业的阻碍及其消解

【摘要】:当前,我国大学生就业存在比较严重的"代际不公"现象,其危害不容小觑,主要表现为阻隔社会阶层的正向流动、降低人力资源配置的效率、影响社会风气以及误导大学生的就业观和人生观等方面。提高市场化程度,优化人力资源配置;规范行政权力,确保招聘公正合理;健全法律制度,解决就业中的"潜规则"问题;培育大学生正确的就业观,实现人才资源合理配置。这些措施将有助于消除"代际不公",加快社会阶层流动以维持社会公平,促进社会经济快速、有序、健康发展。
[Abstract]:At present, there is a serious phenomenon of "intergenerational injustice" in the employment of college students in our country, and its harm should not be underestimated, which is mainly manifested in blocking the positive flow of social strata, reducing the efficiency of human resource allocation, affecting the social atmosphere and misleading the employment view and outlook on life of college students. Improve the degree of marketization, optimize the allocation of human resources, standardize administrative power, ensure fair and reasonable recruitment, perfect the legal system, solve the problem of "hidden rules" in employment, cultivate the correct employment concept of college students, and realize the rational allocation of human resources. These measures will help to eliminate "intergenerational injustice", speed up the movement of social strata to maintain social equity, and promote the rapid, orderly and healthy development of social economy.
