印度尼西亚开展职业教育促进人力资源管理的研究

经济趋势不但要求受过更好教育的劳动力,而且需要更复杂的知识和技能。大多数国家试图的问题是改进职业教育和培训或被称为VET。职业教育方案之所以受欢迎,是因为该方案为学员提供职业和技术教育。这些学员准备作为基于人工或实践领域的工作的受训人员。工作与特定交易和职业有关。本研究的重点是印度尼西亚的职业教育和培训。印尼拥有2.63亿人口,是仅次于中国、印度和美国的世界第四大人口大国。如果政府能够适当利用人力资源,拥有庞大的人口可以为国家带来好处。人口增长也必须伴随着人力资源的发展。因此,目前人力资源遇到复杂问题的情况,其中之一就是失业。根据印尼中央统计局引用的数据,在过去五年中,印尼的失业率有所下降,但同时调查显示,与其他相比高中毕业生的失业率最高。其中一个因素是劳动力市场不匹配问题造成的。劳动力市场需求和人力资源之间不平等。因此,印尼的劳动力市场遇到了劳动力市场无法正常吸收的"供大于求"的问题。供过于求的问题由几个因素引起;其中一个因素是由于毕业生的技能不符合企业的标准。因此,政府通过12年义务教育制度(Nawa Cita政策)提高教育质量。Nawa Cita政策是一个国家发展议程,包括九个发...
