变幻莫测的激烈竞争加剧了组织内部人力投资的地位。本文论述了战略人力资源管理方面(SHRM)在也门IT企业中的作用,因为这是企业竞争优势的潜在来源。社会化和培训实践加强了人力资源实践,进而创造竞争优势。人力行为也是竞争优势的来源,通过员工绩效获得的知识反映在组织的收入中。在进行了所需的数据检验之后,也门的IT公司证明战略人力资源管理会影响组织绩效。他们认识到员工在改变公司和通过SHRM提供竞争优势方面的重要性。因此,组织通过培训来支持员工并激励他们发展技能,这反映在组织绩效的改进上。本研究采用问卷调查的方法,并通过SPSS对问卷调查结果进行分析,研究样本数量为100个,分布在也门技术领域的三家公司(电信和信息技术公司和NATCO集团)中。问卷包含三个主要变量:自变量、因变量和调节变量。
