汉语国际推广的语言标准建设与竞争策略

【摘要】：汉语国际推广面临两大困扰,一是缺少适合海外的所谓"精品"教材,二是缺少所谓"合格"的汉语师资。造成这种局面的主要原因是我们缺少一个面向世界汉语教学的、大家普遍认同的汉语教学与评估标准。欧盟和美国先后出台的外语教学标准为对外汉语教学领域带来了新鲜空气,但同时对汉语国际推广带来重大影响,对汉语教学观念、汉语教学标准建设以及汉语教材出版带来巨大挑战。因此,汉语要走向世界,必须更新教学观念,尽快研制面向全球的汉语学习教学与评估标准;建立标准的兼容机制和竞争机制;开发基于标准的、面向海外的新型汉语教材,满足海外汉语教学市场的需求。
[Abstract]:The international promotion of Chinese is beset by two major problems, one is the lack of the so-called "excellent" teaching materials suitable for overseas, and the other is the lack of so-called "qualified" Chinese teachers. The main reason for this is the lack of a universally agreed standard for Chinese teaching and evaluation in the world. The standards of foreign language teaching issued by the European Union and the United States have brought fresh air to the field of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, but at the same time they have had a great impact on the international promotion of Chinese, and on the concept of Chinese teaching. The construction of Chinese teaching standards and the publication of Chinese textbooks bring great challenges. Therefore, if Chinese is to go to the world, it is necessary to renew the teaching concept, develop as soon as possible a global standard for Chinese learning and evaluation, establish a compatible mechanism and a competitive mechanism for standards, and develop standards-based, overseas oriented new Chinese teaching materials. To meet the needs of overseas Chinese teaching market.
