人权问题对对外汉语教师的启示

【摘要】： 本文从关注中国文化的中国留学生和外国人的立场出发,找到了关注度很高的“人权问题”,运用对比分析和直接阐述的方法,把中西方文化中的思维方式的不同、政体的不同、语言文字上的不同结合起来,共同分析探讨中西方人权观念为何不同、人权理论为何不同,以及他们是否具有相容性。希望帮助对外汉语教师理顺认识“人权”问题的不同角度。人权起源于西方的文化和历史,是人类诉求权利的结果。但是自从西方一些国家把“人权”作为发难的工具,对第三世界国家进行攻击开始,人类追求自由和权利的事业一方面被各国提上了日程,另一方面也给一些第三世界国家的国家权利造成了威胁。本文先介绍了人权的起源,以及各国的人权理论；然后直击现象---直接面对中美之间的人权冲突,对比中西文化找到他们的人权思想的“根”；最后,经过对比分析,可以给对外汉语教学一些启示,包括汉语文化课、语言课中词汇以及语用的启示,帮助对外汉语教师发现和理解这种不同,协助教学的完成。
[Abstract]:Starting from the standpoint of Chinese students and foreigners who pay close attention to Chinese culture, this paper finds out the "human rights problem" with high attention, and applies the method of comparative analysis and direct elaboration to make the difference of thinking modes in Chinese and western cultures. By combining different polities and different languages, this paper analyzes and discusses the differences in human rights concepts, human rights theories, and their compatibility between China and the West. I hope to help TCSL teachers to understand the issue of human rights from different angles. Human rights originated from the culture and history of the West and were the result of human rights. However, since some Western countries have used "human rights" as a tool of criticism and attacked third world countries, the cause of human beings' pursuit of freedom and rights has, on the one hand, been put on the agenda of all countries. On the other hand, it also poses a threat to the national rights of some third world countries. This paper first introduces the origin of human rights and the theories of human rights in various countries; then directly attacks the phenomenon-directly facing the conflict of human rights between China and the United States, and contrasts the Chinese and Western cultures to find the "root" of their human rights thinking; finally, after a comparative analysis, It can give some enlightenment to the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language, including the enlightenment of Chinese culture class, vocabulary and pragmatics in language class, to help teachers of Chinese as a foreign language to discover and understand this difference, and to assist in the completion of teaching.
